Basketball Skills Development & Training
Individual Training
1 Hour - One-on-One Training: Sessions will be customized to your player's needs and goals, with a focused mix of shooting/scoring, ball handling and physical conditioning.
Cost: $50 per session (Five-pack of sessions can be purchased for $225 - contact us to arrange).
Small Group Training
1 Hour - Small Group Training: Sessions will be customized to your groups needs and goals, with a focused mix of shooting/scoring, ball handling and physical conditioning.
Cost: $50 per session.
Strength & Conditioning Training
1 Hour - Group Training: Sessions will be focused on exercises and strategies our players can use and learn to add muscle and gain strength, using drills/techniques that can be done right on the basketball court or at home.
Cost: $20 per session

AAU (Seasonal)
AAU teams offered for players entering 7th - 11th grades. Focus of these teams is to improve the individual skillsets of all players, while building winning/competitive teams. Hard work and selfless, team basketball are the core tenants of Ball-4-Ever, and we seek the very best players to join our community. Try-outs will be held leading up to each AAU Session, and teams will be formed based on player's age, skill-level and availability. Selected players will each receiving "home" and "away" uniforms, shooting/warmup shirts, Two (2) weekly practices with our expert staff (with possible additional training sessions for targeted skill development and strength/conditioning) and 4-5 Tournaments. Tournaments vary is format and games played. B4E AAU Summer Session is right around the corner, contact us for details or to join our mailing list!
